With more than 12 years as a wellness specialist and with certifications in integrative medicine, naturopathy and strength training, my approach to care and effecting transformations is widespread. I have contributed to a variety of workplaces and supported individuals and organizations in the mindset and action of life and work success.

Employee Wellness Groups

I host and facilitate wellness groups to provide communication, team building and help guide things such as health and wellness, teambuilding and sales.

I host and facilitate small groups in communication, peer support, education and strategies to foster enhanced connection and growth. Group topics include mindset transformations, joy and awe through insight, connection, science and art. Session and Workbook session times available individually and small group.

Alpha Stim is a complementary therapy that helps support relief. Alpha-Stim® is an FDA cleared, non-invasive drug-free treatment that is proven to safely and effectively relieve pain, anxiety, insomnia, and depression. It can also be utilized as a complement to physical therapy, medication and other forms of pain management. Alpha-Stim uses cranial electrotherapy stimulation (CES) to deliver a patented waveform via two earclip electrodes.
